This Labor Day I found myself in “The Biggest Little City In The World” Reno, NV. I wanted to experience the holiday as a local so naturally I went to the 24th annual Rib Festival. It was a meat lovers paradise. They had every style of BBQ you could imagine from all over the country. Not being a connoisseur of any particular style, I chose what I ate based on how long the line was. This proved to be a good strategy. Along with BBQ, there was an abundance of other fun street food, music, crafts and beer you could drink on the street (because it’s NV…in CA you have to drink in “beer gardens” at festivals). I could go on and on describing how delicious everthing was but I think the pictures speak for themselves!

We had a great time stuffing our faces with delicious BBQ! How did you spend your holiday?
