Raspberry sorbet, limoncello, and prosecco.

For even more decadence top with homemade whipped cream!
We were recently invited to dinner with our friends Elyse Pignolet and Sandow Birk. (If you haven’t already seen their art it’s definitely worth checking out!) After a lovely meal, Elyse made these delicious booze and sorbet parfaits! She said she didn’t know what to do for dessert so she looked in her fridge and discovered prosecco and limoncello. She Googled them together and this delicious recipe popped up! I have to admit we were all a bit naughty and went back for seconds! We started off simple and then went more decadent by adding homemade whipped cream and fresh fruit! This is quick, easy, visually stunning and oh, so delicious (it’ll getcha drunk too)!
How To:
In a champagne glass ass about 4 spoonfuls of raspberry sorbet.
Fill glass about 1/4 of the way with limoncello. (the more limoncello you add the more dramatic the color layers are)
Fill the rest of the way with prosecco.
If you are really feeling decadent, top with homemade whipped cream and a fresh raspberry!
